Garmin - A Brand We Already Believe In

Becoming an approved Garmin distributor is exciting for 3FW Strength & Conditioning but for us, it means more than simply adding another brand to our shelves.

Long before 3FW existed, both Alex and Jenna were already Garmin users. Between the two of us, we’ve tried just about every major fitness brand you can think of. Watches, trackers, apps, recovery tools, scales, sleep technology ..we’ve tested a lot.

And somehow, we always come back to Garmin.

For us, it’s the combination of the products themselves and the depth of the metrics behind them. Garmin gives us information we actually want to use: training load, recovery, heart rate, sleep, HRV, endurance, performance trends and the bigger picture of how everything connects.

Our current personal Garmin “closet” includes the Garmin Index Sleep Monitor, Garmin Index S2 Smart Scale, fēnix 8 AMOLED and fēnix 8 Solar and that list continues to grow.

That’s what makes becoming an approved Garmin distributor meaningful to us. We aren’t bringing in a product line because it happens to fit the fitness industry. We’re bringing in products we already use, trust and genuinely recommend.

At 3FW, we want the products available to our clients to follow the same philosophy as our training: useful, reliable and backed by real-world experience.
